By signing up for Bust Out!
(the "Service"), you become a member and agree to be
bound by this agreement (the "Agreement"). This
agreement is subject to change by Bust Out! at any time.

Unless and until
this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms herein
stated, the member hereby authorizes the Service to charge the
member's credit card, checking account (or other approved
facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.
Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person
or entity. The member must promptly inform Bust Out! of the
following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card
used in connection with the Service; Changes in home or billing
address; And apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft,
or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Bust Out!
is notified of a breach in security, the member will remain liable
for any unauthorized use of the Service.

Payment for the
appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit,
or by automatic withdrawal from a checking account. Members
will be automatically renewed and recharged for successive 30 day
terms until cancellation is made by the member a minimum of 24
hours prior to expiration via any automated cancellation system
available , or when Bust Out! is notified via email a minimum of 3
days prior to expiration.

Membership of the
Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by
either Bust Out! or the member upon notification of the other by
email. Members are liable for charges incurred by them until
termination of service.

Members are
responsible for providing all personal computer and communications
equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and
use of the Service is through a combination of an ID and a
password. Each member must keep his ID and password strictly
confidential. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach
of this Agreement and a violation of law.

No warranty is made
by Bust Out! regarding any information, services, or products
provided through or in connection with the Service, and Bust Out!
hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including
without limitation any warranties as to the availability,
accuracy, or content of information, products, or services.

Notices from Bust Out!
to members may be given by means of personal postings through the
Service, by a general posting on the service, or via email to the
member. Notices from members to Bust Out! may be given by
email.

Bust Out! and it's
affiliated fee processor(s) reserve the right to deny any
membership, product or service requests, in which case the
applicant shall not be charged.

| 9. |
Members agree that
their membership entitles them to real-time viewing of the
contents of this service. Under no circumstances will a
member abuse their access privileges by use of any website
duplication or automated downloading software. Use of such
software may result in immediate termination of membership.
Excessive use of any kind may result in temporary disabling of the
members account. Continued excessive use may result in
termination of membership.

Members certify
that they will not redistribute material contained within this
website to anyone, nor will permit any minor to see this material,
or any other person who might find such material personally
offensive. Any such use will constitute prosecution under full
penalty of law.

Members certify
that they are not accessing this material to be used against the
site operator or any person whomsoever in any manner.

Members agree the
material contained within this website does not offend the
standards of the community in which they live and is not illegal.

All membership fees
are non-refundable.
